Other Notes
This edition has large Riverside labels with wide deep groove. Bill Grauer Productions Inc on labels. Coated cover is extremely similar to 1st press, but this has 235 West 46th address on back. The 1st press has 553 West 51st. This is definitely the 2nd mono pressing after the small label DG. Pressing is estimated but almost certainly 1961/62 due to the larger label and wide deep groove.
Recorded at Reeves Sound Studio in New York December 1958.
